Network 1:

Pastoral Succession

Whether a pastor announces her/his plans to retire, dies unexpectedly or accepts a new call, a written, carefully discerned pastoral succession is a process each church should have written down. This classroom will explore topics your church needs to prayerfully consider as you begin to write your process for succession. This classroom will be held on Saturday, August 24th from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm in Meridian, MS. Dan Pietrzyk, Director of Financial Leadership will be the facilitator for this classroom. The registration deadline for this classroom is July 26th.

Network 2:

Grant Writing

Finding alternative streams of resourcing ministry initiatives should include invitations to partners who are passionate about God's kingdom expansion. This classroom will be held on Saturday, October 19th from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm in Charlotte, North Carolina. The registration deadline for this classroom is September 22nd.

Capital Campaigns

Every ministry has a time when more financial capital is needed. Sponsoring a capital campaign is a best practice to provide needed funding. If you have projects that require more financial support than your congregation can raise including a capital campaign can be a viable option to consider. This classroom will take place on Saturday, November 2nd, from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm in Tampa, FL. The registration deadline for this classroom is October 6th.
