Pastoral Succession

Whether a pastor announces her/his plans to retire, dies unexpectedly or accepts a new call, a written, carefully discerned pastoral succession is a process each church should have written down. This classroom will explore topics your church needs to prayerfully consider as you begin to write your process for succession. This classroom will be held on Saturday, August 24th in Biloxi, MS. Dan Pietrzyk, Director of Financial Leadership will be the facilitator for this classroom.

Capital Campaigns

Every ministry has a time when more financial capital is needed. Sponsoring a capital campaign is a best practice to provide needed funding. If you have projects that require more financial support than your congregation can raise including a capital campaign can be a viable option to consider. This classroom will take place on Saturday, November 2nd, from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm in Tampa, FL.
